Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (O.C.I.A.) is a spiritual journey in faith to discover what it means to follow Jesus as a Catholic Christian and the joy and freedom that can result from journeying with Christ.
OCIA is for anyone who:
- Wants to know more about what the Catholic Faith actually professes
- Looks to deepen their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Is not Catholic, but wants to learn more about what it means to be Catholic
- Is Catholic, but has not been fully initiated by receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation
- Is a fully initiated Catholic and wants to dive deeper and learn more about the teachings of the Catholic faith
Join us to learn about the teachings of the Catholic Church, where those teachings originated, and how they can be applied and lived out in today’s world. At the conclusion of a full period of the Order of Christian Initiation, one may choose to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil Mass
We welcome all who are seeking understanding and relationship with Christ, regardless of intent to become Catholic at the conclusion of the formation sessions.
